Canceling reservations
Reservations of materials are canceled if they become no longer necessary.
Reservations that can be canceled
Reservations can be canceled only if they are not completed at the moment.
Supplement
- If you specified to send the material upon reservation and the shipment is done, the material lending will start and the reservation will be completed. Accordingly, even if you have not received the material, the reservation may not be canceled.
Procedure
Cancel reservations in the following procedure.
In the Under request section of My Library, tap or click a reserved material.
The list of reserved materials is shown.
Tap or click [Cancel reservation].
Reservation of multiple materials can be canceled at one time. Check the boxes of the materials and tap or click [Cancel reservation] at the top of the page.
Follow the instruction shown on the page.
Supplement
- The [Cancel reservation] button and the checkboxes are enabled only for the materials whose reservations can be canceled.
- Multiple materials can be selected only when they are shown in a page. Those in different pages cannot be selected at one time.
